Two-Story Garage Addition & Full Exterior Transformation
A modest cape was reimagined as a stunning craftsman-style home with a brand new attached two-story garage, a wraparound covered porch, and a top-to-bottom material upgrade — natural stone veneer, cedar-shake gables, board-and-batten siding, and a black standing seam metal porch roof.
Every detail was coordinated on site by the owner. From the timber porch posts to the seamless transition between standing seam and architectural shingle, this project shows what's possible when one contractor stays accountable for the entire build.

Custom Three-Season Sunroom & Composite Deck Addition
A bright, light-filled three-season sunroom built off the back of a colonial home — paired with a brand new composite deck and a timber-framed covered deck for outdoor living year-round.
Inside, a vaulted plank ceiling and a dramatic dark board-and-batten accent wall give the room real architectural weight. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap three sides, and large sliding doors open the space straight onto the new deck.
